CAREERS

ACG Architects was chosen by Curtis Facchina to design what at the time was the tallest residential condominium tower in the DC Metropolitan Area. The Turnberry tower soars nearly 400 feet above the Potomac River in Arlington, Virginia. ACG was successful in gaining Planning Board approval through the 4.1 process for this twenty-six story luxury condominium with floors designed to accommodate 176 units with 23 different floor plans ranging in size from 1,700 to over 5,200 square feet. Floor to ceiling glass in every unit provides dramatic vistas of the capital.

More recently, work has been completed on an ACG design that consolidated 4-units into a single 13,000 sf unit overlooking Washington, D.C.
