1901 Pennsylvania Ave

Renovation of an existing eleven-story office building with retail spaces located at the ground floor. To achieve the project goal of enhancing the overall appearance while improving the building systems efficiency, removal and redesign of the existing facade with new steel and glass retail awnings, an entrance canopy, and sun control louvers at the roof line was designed. The worked was phased to allow an uninterrupted workflow for the building’s tenants during construction.
