A new ground up mixed use project of 83,000 SF that includes 2 full levels of parking below grade, office and residential lobbies and office/restaurant uses at grade in addition to surface parking and ramp to below, office use at the second and third floors, residential uses at floors 4 and 5 and an accessible roof with mechanical penthouses and elevator machine room.
To take maximum advantage of the final phase of the implementation as a means of consolidating all major luxury brands at one location, Euro Motorcars will construct a 2-story 12,000 SF showroom building, showcasing the Bentley and Rolls Royce marquees. The upper level franchise and its display models will be accessed by elevator and feature a unique sales environment.

Renovation of the Holiday Inn at Baltimore Washington International Airport. Upgrades include work to guest rooms for both towers, meeting and hospitality rooms, fitness center, main lobby, public bathrooms, lounge, ballroom, junior ballroom, facades, and porte cochere.
Renovation of the Holiday Inn in Baltimore's center close to both Oriole's Camden Yards and Raven's M&T Bank Stadium. Upgrades include work to guest rooms for both towers, guest corridors, ADA improvements, meeting rooms, ballrooms, front & rear porte cocheres, and facades.
The renovation and ADA upgrades to the public lobby spaces, lobby bar, porte cochere, exterior awning replacement and façade upgrades. Project design included ADA upgrades as well as interior finishes and new lighting design throughout interior and exterior areas.
Renovation for a 282,000 S.F. 400 room hotel in the city center. The renovation and ADA upgrades to existing lobby, Starbucks and 3-meal restaurant, change of existing second floor restaurant into a three-salon junior ballroom, meeting room renovations and converting a 14th floor concierge lounge into guestrooms. This project was designed with five separate construction sets and constructed in four phases over three floors and a twelve month construction period. The project design included ADA upgrades as well as interior finishes and new lighting design and MEP upgrades.
10,000 sf period shingle style residence under construction on a challenging sloped site adjacent to a Fairfax County public park. The house features extensive active and passive recreational outdoor spaces, including a swimming pool with infinity edge and a tennis court. There were additional challenges with a roof eave ending on different floors to get the desired proportions on the sloped site.

A 4,600 sf addition to an existing family home on a prominent site in Great Falls, Virginia.
ACG Architects has been recognized in the Fairfax County Exceptional Design Awards Program.
In addition to extensive landscape work to the forecourt at the residence, Phase Two of this major renovation project will include a stepped down extension of the pool terrace, and provide both spa and dual fire pit seating areas and unobstructed views of the Potomac River. The design features glass guardrails, three successive Infinity edges of water and a cantilevered structure minimizing the footprint on the steep sloped naturalized landscape.

Whole house renovation and landscape design for this existing residence with commanding views over the city. The design emphasis was on physical and visual linkage with the outdoor spaces at each floor level of the house, which terraces four floors from the street to the tennis court. The renovation scope of work includes all new roof and windows, HVAC systems, all interior finishes and lighting, creation of visitor suites with new additions of sun spaces, kitchen, conservatory, orangery and garden party space.

The first portion of Phase II of this major exterior renovation included the addition of a new Outdoor kitchen, with new seating, Viking grill along with a 72” LCD TV recessed into the adjacent wall. The existing pool terrace received new tiling and glass guardrails while the pool received reconfigured glass tiling and laminar jet features.
