A new ground up mixed use project of 83,000 SF that includes 2 full levels of parking below grade, office and residential lobbies and office/restaurant uses at grade in addition to surface parking and ramp to below, office use at the second and third floors, residential uses at floors 4 and 5 and an accessible roof with mechanical penthouses and elevator machine room.

To take maximum advantage of the final phase of the implementation as a  means of consolidating all major luxury brands at one location, Euro Motorcars will construct a 2-story 12,000 SF showroom building, showcasing the Bentley and Rolls Royce marquees.  The upper level franchise and its display models will be accessed by elevator and feature a unique sales environment.

A 4,600 sf addition to an existing family home on a prominent site in Great Falls, Virginia.

Private Residence | Great Falls, Virginia

In addition to extensive landscape work to the forecourt at the residence, Phase Two of this major renovation project will include a stepped down extension of the pool terrace, and provide both spa and dual fire pit seating areas and unobstructed views of the Potomac River.  The design features glass guardrails, three successive Infinity edges of water and a cantilevered structure minimizing the footprint on the steep sloped naturalized landscape.

Private Residence | McLean, Virginia

 

Whole house renovation and landscape design for this existing residence with commanding views over the city.  The design emphasis was on physical and visual linkage with the outdoor spaces at each floor level of the house, which terraces four floors from the street to the tennis court.  The renovation scope of work includes all new roof and windows, HVAC systems, all interior finishes and lighting, creation of visitor suites with new additions of sun spaces, kitchen, conservatory, orangery and garden party space.

The first portion of Phase II of this major exterior renovation included the addition of a new Outdoor kitchen, with new seating, Viking grill along with a 72” LCD TV recessed into the adjacent wall.  The existing pool terrace received new tiling and glass guardrails while the pool received reconfigured glass tiling and laminar jet features. 

 

Private Residence | McLean, Virginia

 

An indoor swimming pool and lounge addition, and interior renovations, to include a master plan for exterior landscape.  Total project designed to achieve a seamless elevational continuity with the existing.  The 20'x50' pool includes a circular spa, and the glass roof is retractable.  All HVAC and dehumidification equipment is neatly integrated within the building envelope.

Complete renovation of the 6,000 sf restaurant in the Philadelphia Downtown Courtyard Hotel utilizing Courtyard's latest standards.  Work includes new finishes, lighting, custom buffet and bar.

The renovation and landscaping design of the entire 16th Street exterior area including the porte cochere entrance that complies with the requirements of being located in a historical district.

Capital Hilton Hotel | Washington, D.C.

 

Total gut and renovation of this 4-story downtown residence.  Scope of work includes historic window replacement, new HVAC system throughout, extensive shoring and structural re-framing to allow for the proposed larger scale interconnected spaces with a greater transparency.

1832 24th Street | Washington, D.C.

 

The team of ACG Architects + Greg Powe AIA was selected from a nine firm list to provide architectural services to the Foundry United Methodist Church on 16th Street NW in Washington, D.C.  The initial task was to prepare a conceptual design for the renovations and revitalization of the property, with emphasis on a high-tech environment, flexibility, sustainability and growth of the various missions.
