A $12 million multi-phase renovation of the 302 room Sheraton Reston Hotel. The renovation will give the dated exterior and interior a contemporary facelift. The renovation includes the building exterior, porte cochere and pool courtyard, restaurant and lounge, lobby, ballroom and meeting rooms, and all guestrooms and suites. The interior and exterior design concepts for the hotel are a melding of the contemporary style envisioned by the owner and the new “casual Ralph Lauren” brand concept developed for Sheraton.

Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill | Washington, D.C.

A multi-phase project intended for a fast-track construction period, this project included ADA and MEP upgrades to public spaces, renovation of existing fitness center and 2nd floor meeting rooms as well as a complete gut of basement locker rooms and spa to make way for several new meeting rooms and new bathrooms as an ROI project.
Washington Dulles Hilton | Herndon, Virginia

The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing ±4,500sf fitness center, pool and ten stairwells flanking either side of the existing pool deck area. The new junior ballroom will be approximately 9,800sf centered within the existing pool deck area to allow for a minimum of twenty foot ceilings with structure above. The pre-assembly areas on either side of the new junior ballroom will have a sloped roof and a coffered ceiling, to allow for the fact that there are guestrooms on either side of the existing pool deck area. New escalators and stairs from the lobby to the ballroom will be installed.
A master plan for a thirty two million-square-meter (12.35 square miles) international seaside resort community, located on the Red Sea about a 45 minute flight from Cairo. Upon completion the resort would have a maximum capacity of 60,000 tourists. The plan called for 5-star hotels, palaces, private villas, chalets, exclusive tourist villages, apartments, marinas and other waterside recreational centers and two championship world-class golf courses.
The renovation of three hundred ten (310) Guestrooms and Suites, and Corridors in the twenty-six story hotel tower located in the heart of Times Square in Manhattan. The project included the renovation of existing accessible guestrooms and suites and conversion of existing typical guestrooms and suites to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Guestrooms and Suites were renovated with a custom design tailored specifically for this hotel. In addition, there was a renovation of 589 guestrooms, suites, corridors and concierge lounge in the four towers of the hotel. The existing mechanical systems were upgraded and ADA accessible rooms were added.

The renovation and conversion of the JW’s Restaurant, Ballroom and Kitchen on the fourteenth floor of the Capital Tower at the Key Bridge Marriott to new flexible meeting space, pre-assembly space, men’s and women’s public restrooms, and a warming kitchen. The new junior ballroom and flexible meeting space will focus on the views to the monumental core of Washington, D.C. The total construction cost is estimated at $3.5 million
The Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, formerly the Sheraton Washington Hotel, is the largest convention center hotel in Washington, D.C. with 1,347 rooms and 1.1 million square feet of gross floor area. The renovation of a 13,000 sf floor of an occupied hotel public space including a five-salon ballroom and three separate meeting rooms. Project design included ADA upgrades as well as interior finishes and new lighting design and MEP upgrades.
Renovation for a 282,000 S.F. 400 room hotel in the city center. The renovation and ADA upgrades to existing lobby, Starbucks and 3-meal restaurant, change of existing second floor restaurant into a three-salon junior ballroom, meeting room renovations and converting a 14th floor concierge lounge into guestrooms. This project was designed with five separate construction sets and constructed in four phases over three floors and a twelve month construction period. The project design included ADA upgrades as well as interior finishes and new lighting design and MEP upgrades.
