Master planning, strategic plans and both new and renovation construction to allow for body shop relocation/shop expansion, showroom expansion, the addition of a new two-story service/reception drive through building a 650-car garage and Hummer dealership. Total value of this work was over $12M.
A new 25,000 sf facility on 3.3 acres based up an ACG redesign and upgrade of the prototype, conforming to design standards setup by Fairfax County for the Dulles Auto Park. The façade features curved sections of showroom glass segments and contrasting silver anodized metal panel cladding.

The culmination of a seamless 10 year, 8-phase, master plan which began in 1984 with the construction of a 600 car parking structure with 60 below ground work stalls. Euro MotorCars now ranks #4 in the nation for exclusive Mercedes-Benz sales.
ACG succeeded in working with MNCPPC and local citizen groups in gaining approval for the 30,000 sf exclusive Mercedes-Benz dealership, and 36,000 sf of retail and office building in the heart of Germantown Town Center. A four-lane service drive bisects the showroom from service and parts, and leads directly to 40 below grade work stalls via a circular ramp.
Automotive Projects
ACG participated as the local site
architect for this 99,000+sf, new construction, state of the
art Cadillac dealership. ACG coordinated with the design
architect and contractor to resolve day to day construction
issues and provided architectural detailing expertise on
specific complicated design issues. The centerpiece of the
building is a two story showroom, enclosed on one side by a
20 foot tall, segmental curved, insulated Pilkington glass
wall.
This 98,000sf dealership presented a wide
range of unique challenges, not the least of which was to
maximize the re-use of an existing pre-engineered structure,
previously a Hechinger Home Improvement Store, while
transforming its image, without premium costs. The plan
includes 48 work stalls, and an expansive indoor showroom
for 70 new and previously owned cars. The unique plan
concept incorporates a main street circulation path linking
all aspects of the operation creating self-evident
destinations for customers.
Demolition and renovation of an existing
2,400 s.f. leased space to include the integration of the
Rolls/Bentley interior furniture standards. The first
showroom in the USA to be opened by Keith Sanders.
An incorporation of the Smart Car brand into the existing Euro Motorcars dealership.
